NurtureBooks is a product of DCLowe Labs Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. When we refer to "we", "us" or "our" in this policy, we mean DCLowe Labs Ltd operating as NurtureBooks.
When you register your interest on this website, we collect your email address and a record of whether you have given marketing consent. When you use our contact form, we additionally collect your name and message content.
We use your email address to send you a confirmation when you register, and to contact you with updates about NurtureBooks — including information about our launch and any early access pricing — if you have given your consent. We use contact form submissions solely to respond to your enquiry.
For interest registrations with marketing consent: we process your data on the basis of your freely given consent (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us. For contact form submissions: we process your data on the basis of our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
Your data is stored securely in Supabase, a cloud database provider. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties, other than to our service providers (Supabase for database storage; Resend for transactional email delivery) who process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements.
We retain interest registration data until you request deletion or until NurtureBooks has launched and the waiting list is no longer relevant. Contact form data is retained only as long as necessary to resolve your enquiry.
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access the data we hold about you, to request correction or deletion, to withdraw consent at any time, and to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk. This website does not currently use cookies or tracking technologies beyond those strictly necessary for the site to function.
